Hello. This is the International Exchange Team at Chung-Ang University.

The Office of International Affairs at Chung-Ang University is conducting the first round of applications for September 2026 admissions from Monday, March 23 to Friday, April 17 to ensure that outstanding international students can continue their academic growth at our university.

Chung-Ang University is a university certified by the Ministry of Education as having excellent internationalization capabilities . It supports successful study abroad experiences for international students through customized programs and a systematic management system.

In particular, for the 2026 academic year, we have established a specialized academic unit for international students , and we are supporting a wider range of admission scholarships and academic scholarships for current students than other universities.

(As of the first semester of 2025, the percentage of international students receiving scholarships is approximately 44%)

∙ The Department of Global Interactive Convergence Contents is a newly established department exclusively for international students, with the goal of fostering next-generation game industry leaders. Based on the latest technologies such as AI and VR/AR, it equips students with game planning and development capabilities, and supports them to grow into project managers (PMs) and executives in the global game industry.

∙ Based on Chung-Ang University's excellent academic units, we established new departments exclusively for international students, the "Korean Language Education and Korean Culture Major in the Department of Korean Language and Literature" and the "Global Advertising and PR Major in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations," to provide specialized major education for international students and foster them as global leaders.

[Document Evaluation Criteria]

Chung-Ang University aims to select outstanding individuals with the potential to become global leaders by evaluating applicants' capabilities across multiple dimensions . Professional evaluators evaluate applicants' submitted documents (transcripts, language test scores, and other competency-proving documents) on academic ability, communication skills, and global competency . This process is followed by student selection.
